refer to...as...; refer... as Can these of phrases both be used in sentences? He was referd to as...... ; He was refered as...; Some guys refer to him as...; Some guys refer him as... Please tell me whether or not these sentences are both right. THX:)

It is 'refer to' and 'referred to'. ' Refer/referred as' is incorrect.
