“富与贵, Wealth and nobility (wealth)
是人之所欲也, are the wants of man.
不以其道得之, Not gaining them in a virtuous/scrupulous way,
不处也 there is no place for them.
What it means is that "Gaining wealth and power unscruplously, then they are not meaningful". This is from the Analects. There is a second part to it... If you are interested, let me know :)
