"I am in a relationship"
=> 나 사귀는 사람 있어 (casual) / 저 사귀는 사람 있어요 (polite) - There's someone I am seeing [going out with].
=> 나 어떤 사람과 교제 중이야 저 / 저 어떤 이와 교제 중이에요 - I am in a (romantic) relationship with someone.
=> 나 애인 있어 / 저 애인 있어요. - I have a [boyfriend / girlfriend / lover].
I think these are the most common expressions.
* 사귀다 (v) - go out with, be in a relationship with (someone). 사귀는 is its adjective form.
* 교제 (n) - a dating relationship; a romantic relationship.
* 애인 (n) - boyfriend, girlfriend, lover.
