Doubs about Counters
Hello japanese friends, can you help me please defining what counter is correct for the following words (台、匹、頭など)?

さめ (いっぴき? いっとう?)
うさぎ (いっぴき? いちわ?)
さる (いっぴき? いっとう?)
ゴリラの子供 (いっぴき? いっとう?)
飛行機と電車 (台?)
キーホルダー
へび (いっぴき? いっとう?)
大きい鳥, for example ワシ (いっぴき? いちわ? いっとう?)
船
ロケット (台? 本?)

Scholarly, it is difined that :
Birds→羽(わ)
Fishes→尾(び)
Other living beings→頭(とう)
So in this theory, even butterflies should be counted「一頭、二頭...」.But actually counting insects, no Japanese people but scholars use 頭. We always use 匹(ひき).
さめ (いっぴき or いちび)
Whales should be counted いっぴき/いっとう. Because they're not fishes.
うさぎ (いっぴき? いちわ?)
either will do
さる (いっぴき? いっとう?)

ゴリラの子供 (いっぴき? いっとう?)
either will do
飛行機: 一機(いっき)
電車 : 一台(いちだい)or一両(いちりょう)
Two cars train :二両編成(にりょうへんせい)
キーホルダー: ひとつ、ふたつ

へび : いっぴき
大きい鳥, for example ワシ : いちわ
船 : 一艘/一隻(いっそう/いっせき)
ロケット 台 or 機
深い皿 : 一枚(いちまい) or ひとつ
