"제수없이" => "재수 없이" => in bad luck / bringing me bad luck.
재수 is related to 운수, which means "luck" with somewhat superstitious connotation ("good luck charm").
So people say 운수가 좋다(have a good luck), 운수가 나쁘다, 운이 있다(be in luck), or 운이 없다(be out of luck).
재수 originally means "money luck", as 재 means money, finance, or wealth.
It is a more specific kind of luck: 재수가 좋다/나쁘다, 재수가 있다/없다 mean lucky/unlucky with money.
But over time, this meaning has changed and 재수 is used like 운수 nowadays, meaning one's luck in general.
In addition it took on a slang-like sense, so is used a lot more than 운수 in all kinds of situations.
재수 없이 is the adverbial form of 재수(가) 없다 (I'm out of luck), so it's like "giving me bad luck", ruining my luck", etc.
Depending on the context and tone though, it can sound very offensive too.
In movies (especially the gangster movies) 재수 없이 is thrown at another person or a situation in a very bad sense.
It has the nuance of "What bad luck it is to see your goddamn face", or "Seeing you curses/disgusts me".
It is therefore a tricky word to use. 운수 doesn't have such a bad association so is much safer to use.
