How to improve spoken English
I think written English is easier than spoken English. When I see a word , I can easily tell its Chinese mean. However ,when I want say something in English, I can not remember the word right now. I don't understand how this could happen. Is there any solution? And how to speak English more fluently?

You can also go through your day talking to yourself or describing things as you do them. You might feel silly but it will help.
Reading books or material out loud can also help.
The best way is the way Mark suggested... talking to people in real life and on Skype.
