I would say : "Que fais-tu de ton temps libre ? "

No matter "Tu fais quoi..." or "Qu'est ce que tu fais..." both are right. Maybe that "Qu'est ce que tu..." is more polite.
However there is a mistake, you can't say "DANS ton temps libre" you would rather say "PENDANT ton temps libre".
