It would be something like 너는 니가 있는 그대로 완벽이에요.
This translates more literally as "you being the way you are is complete".
I think it sounds better with a different word at the end than "perfect".
For example, 너는 니가 있는 그대로 환상이에요.
환상 means "fantastic", "great", "amazing", something like that.
And for extra bonus points, use "나에게". This means "as far as I'm concerned", or "when it comes to me".
너는 니가 있는 그대로 나에게 환상이에요. You, being the way you are, as far as I'm concerned, is fantastic.
