How do I say 'the people are too aggressive' in Korean??

사람들이 너무 공격적이네요. = the people are too aggressive.
I'm not sure which context you trying to use this word aggressive. but generally aggressive means offensive.

공격: attack (noun)
공격적: aggressive
You can turn many nouns to an adjective by attaching '적' at the end.
