Mmh, French is easier to me in vocabulary, pronociation and some grammar, but it has some very difficult aspect too; in addiction, French people use to imply lot of words or utilize many abbreviations, and they have so many idiomatic expressions... English seems to have a more defined structure, which is quite simple in conversation. How easy is to you speaking one or other, I think it depends on your native language: if it's a romantic language, you'll feel more comfortable with French; else, especially if it's a germanic language, you'll prefer English spaking. What's sure, in English you'll easily go on with a few words/expressions, while in French you'll need to know many more.
