Hi,
"Avec" means "with". Here a few examples of sentences with this word :
- Venez avec nous (Come with us)
- Restez avec nous (Stay with us)
- Je parle avec qui ? (Who am I talking with?)
- Tom travaille avec Marie (Tom works with Mary)
I hope you understand better.

I'm surprised by this question, because any dictionary will give you "avec = with", and no particular sentence come to my mind where it can have any other meaning than that ?!
Maybe you should share the sentence that puzzles you.
