A vesicle is a small blister. I had to look up “vesicle”, which is a medical term. I’m guessing it's best you use “blister” and not "vesicle" if you want to make sure everyone knows what you mean. Perhaps all native English speakers know what a “vesicle” is, but I haven’t heard it before.

The sources I looked at say that a vesicle has something to do with cell biology. It has nothing to do with a blister. A blister is a raised area on the skin filled with fluid or blood.

both of them are arounded elevation of skin containing fluid (small bubbles) but their size are different .. the vesicle always less than 0.5 cm .

I would add that no one but a medical doctor would call a blister a vesicle.
