또한 그 지역의 특별한 생활양식을 알기에도 좋고 한국 문화를 직접 경험하는 기회도 가질 수 있습니다. Additionally, it is also good for the visitors to know the lifestyle of that area and the visitors can have the opportunity of experiencing Korean culture too. Other concerns: 1. Talking about special, I was reminded of the word 특기 (specialty) and there’s another meaning 특수. Can someone tell me on how to use these words? 특기 is quite differente with other words. it means "special skill" 당신의 특기는 무엇입니까? What's your specialty? 특별 is a general words for "special". 특수 has a nuance of "extraordinary, superior" 특별한 옷차림을 하였다..... 평상시와는 달리 옷차림에 신경을 썼다는 말. He wore unusual clothes. 특수한 옷차림을 하였다..... 옷에 특수기능이 있는 복장이란 말.(방수복, 방한복 등) He wore clothes which have special feature.(waterproof clothes or winter clothes) 특수요원 = 특별요원 특별한 재주 = 특수한 재주 특별한 성격(O) 특수한 성격(X) 2. 生 has resemblance with 王(왕). Is it confusing for Koreans learning Chinese characters? Not cofusing for such rough resemblance to experienced learners. There are many Chinese characters having much similarities. 王(왕), 玉(옥), 主(주), 羊(양), 丰(봉) 人(인),入(입),八(팔) 3. In 알기에도 좋고, they are both verbs (알다, 좋다). -기(가) 좋다 / -기(에) 좋다 = to be good to + V / to be good for + V-ing 알기에 좋다 = to be good to know 알기에도 좋다 = to be also good to know 4. IDK if why 좋다 (to like) is used if the word that I’m thinking is 같아요(to be alike). Here 좋다 means "suitable"(적당하다) -기(가) 편리하다 / -기(에) 편리하다 = to be convenient to + V / to be convenient for + V-ing -기(가) 좋다 / -기(에) 좋다 = to be good to + V / to be good for + V-ing -기(가) 불편하다 / -기(에) 불편하다 = to be inconvenient to + V / to be inconvenient for + V-ing
