What Nathan gave you? (Subject Question)
A bottle of wine gave me Nathan.
4. Who do you invite to your parties? (Object Question)
We invite everyone to your parties.
Who you invite to your parties? (Subject Question)
Everyone invites me to their parties.
If someone knows spanish, could you please help me with the translation of the object and subject questions for the example number 1...

Teresa, you have not quite understand the use of subject questions. Your subject questions do not make sense. The answer to a subject question is the identity of the subject
e.g. Q. Who knocked on the door? A. John (knocked on the door)
e.g. Q. What is worrying you? A. My exams (are worrying me).
In your number 1, we already know that Teresa is the subject. Germany is the object. It's the same with the other questions.
You could have said: "Who visits Germany every year? Teresa" or "Which one of your friends visits Germany every year?"
