In my opinion learning French with "determination and sacrifice" will be very boring... If I can advise you, it's true that travelling is the best way, or meet french people, even if it's not in France! That is the way I used to be more at ease in english, I'm not fluent yet but it helped me a lot !! Then you can watch french movies, or french TV (try to avoid subtitles...caption is better), and read read read a lot, you'll learn the main idioms and so on...

There really is no easy way to become fluent in French, or any other language. However, focusing on one language will make the task much easier. (I noticed you are trying to learn several languages...try and narrow it down to at most two). Becoming fluent requires determination and sacrifice: spending at least six months in the country of the language you are learning and avoiding use of your language are crucial to immersion and eventual fluency. Also, try to take French classes in France (in your case). If you are unable to do this, try to find someone who is a native speaker and who will speak the language with you.
