What is the difference between Indecisive and Undecisive?

"Indecisive" is the correct word. There is such as a thing as "undecided", but not "undecisive".

I believe that indecisive is when you can't tell the difference between two outcomes, but undecisive is when you can't make up your mind. Not quite sure.
