Voy diciendo versus estoy diciendo
Can someone explain to me the difference between the two phrases above. Here's an example from the Yabla introduction video with its English translation:
Como te habrás dado cuenta, todo lo que voy diciendo aparece aquí debajo escrito.
As you may have noticed, everything I say appears written here below.
When should I use ir + gerund instead of estar + gerund.

I don't think there is any difference. If you change "voy diciendo" for "estoy diciendo" in that phrase, it would mean exactly the same thing. I would say that in Spain we use more "estoy diciendo".

I'm not an expert, but I believe this is a colloquialism, not correct Spanish but is used in many places in Latin America, but not where formal Spanish is spoken like Quito or Spain.
