What does it mean "Follow my lead"?
Is the same thing as "Go with the flow"? or they have completely different meanings each one?

Derrick is right.
'Go with the flow' means to just go along with whatever is happening. It's usually said when you're trying to convince someone to do something against their better judgment or do something that they're not usually comfortable with.
'Follow my lead' means to do what I do or go along with what I'm saying. It's used mainly to tell someone to follow your actions or your opinion in a conversation.

Not go with the flow at all. Follow my lead means, Do what I do. Copy me.
