What does SICK mean in "the music/beat is sick"?

Hi Cady! "Sick" is a slang word for "cool" or "good". So if you hear someone say something is "sick", and it doesn't sound like they mean "ill", then they probably mean it's really good. For example: "That burger was sick - one of the tastiest I've ever had!" Happy studying! Matt

If the beat is sick it means it's really good. I.e. "That drop was sick", and so on.
