How do you say the brazilian expression "Migo, seu loko" in english? I have to translate this Brazilian idiom into English .. "Migo, seu loko!" (Or literally "Amigo, seu louco!"). But... I am not saying the guy is really crazy... I mean he is funny. Still fits "Man, you're crazy!"? I wonder if it has the good/cool conotation as in portuguese. I'm saying... "Man, you're such a crazy pal"

You can say "crazy" with that connotation in English too. There are lots of other similar expressions.
