밑도 끝도 없이 안 믿어?
Hi, I don't really understand this sentence. I mean I know it means something like "Why don't you trust me?" but could someone break it down, word by word?

It's somewhat similart to "out of the blue".
I would translate it to:
"wow, you don't trust me without even giving a second thought / listening to me at the very least"
밑: ground; background; base
끝: limit; end; edge/starting point(in this case)
밑도 끝도 없이 = adverb(baseless and absurd)
