Hi there,
Is the below sentence a grammar error?
A I appreciate you very much.
or I just can use?
B I appreciate it(sth) very much.

Both are right, but it depends on the situation.
"I appreciate you" expresses appreciation to the person and their actions as a whole.
"I appreciate it" expresses appreciation to the one action.
