Can I use these interchangeably?
impartial news / unbiased news
in the light of coming information / under the light of coming information

Hi Sinem,
I would say that "impartial" and "unbiased" are synonyms. They can be used interchangeably.
As far as the second statement, I would actually say it differently than either of the written statements. I would say, "in light of the coming information". For example, "In light of the coming information, I have decided to go in a different direction".
Hope this helps!
