Could I say
High standard hotel,
High quality h, top class h, top quality h.
Five -star hotel
Which are most correct?

You can say 'high quality hotel', 'five-star hotel' (though in different parts of the world this may mean different standards), but what I hear the most is just simply 'luxurious hotel'.

You could also say a fancy, grand, palatial, magnificent, upscale, and many others. Good luck!

Extravagant - this means expensive
Lavish - rich, luxurious
Deluxe - similar to luxurious
First-rate - best quality
Sumptuous - fancy, expensive looking
