Could you please tell me which below sentence is right or both ways are right?

To improve our speaking skills.

The second one is correct and natural. That is the one with the gerund: We are practicing (in order) to improve our speaking skills

Neither is quite right. "Spoken language skills" sounds right to me. Technically, "spoken-language skills" is even better.
