The expression is 'little d*a*sh"
It just means a bit of happiness.
There is no literal meaning to this expression.

In recipes, "a dash" means "a small amount, which is added by instinct rather than measurement." For example, a U.S. recipe might say "add a teaspoon of vanilla and a dash of cinnamon."
Figuratively, here, it means "this is just a small thing--just a card--but like a dash of spices it may add some flavor to your Christmas season."
There are many things written on Christmas cards.
If you need to write one to someone in the United States, a very simple choice is "Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year." A few others:
"Season's greetings"
"Happy Holidays"
"Best wishes of the season, from our house to yours"
"Peace on Earth"
