In English, whether there is a word means “ Top managers group”?

For example, in a big company , there is ceo, below ceo , it is department manager (sales department managers, RD department manager, produce manager ...), below department manager, it is supervisor (QC supervisor, purchase supervisor), then it is other stuff

In China, in company we classify supervisor as " Middle manager"(中层管理)， we classify department managers as “top manager”（高层管理）
