"Where can I found the Philippine Embassy here in Korea?"
You could say:
- 필리핀 대사관이 어디에 있죠? (Where can I find the Philippine Embassy?) - "Pilipin daesahguan'i eodi'e itcho?".
If you can't read hangeul (the Korean script), you can copy the Korean phrase into google translate window and listen to it.
Its pronunciation seems decent except that it doesn't raise the tone at the end to make it a question.

You have put your question in the wrong category by the way. "For learning English." I made the same mistake an hour ago by the way. It stays a pain you cannot change that after submitting the question.
