If you really want to know the correct way of stroke order, it is best to learn from calligraphy class since most dictionaries won't give the correct one for the not so common ones. Here's the best one I learn from. Skip to the second part of the program where it shows how the character is written (You don't have to understand what it is being said. The images will be easy to understand). The first part mainly deals with the then current state of calligraphy, philosophy etc. There are 365 episodes. So you will learn the most commonly used characters. Once you know them, the rest are easy since it also deals with characters with a different stroke order than you may think. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Putqx_2nSeQ&list=PL0cFWTf5QT0bzSwRP5X2TNAhccdaiaRj9

Train Chinese or trainchinese shows the stroke order for every Chinese character for free. If you want something for your PC, I recommend Pablo (a Chinese dictionary)
