Thank you for your help! "have been married "is used to express people who have the experience of marriage! Is that ok?

This is how you can write the first part. Ages involved in the cases ranged from 20 to 39 years old. It is difficult to understand which percentage is married. "Have been married for" sounds like you are going to say how long that they have been together.
