If the person do most housework and especially the babysitting,we call her(usually women)保姆,she usually work for you in a long term,some rich family trend to hire 佣人,they work for their load,do the housework and cooking.this two kind are generally offered fine pay and broading,is this what you want to say ?

保洁阿姨:when you call her formally.
阿姨:when you call her politely ang informally.
