email: Anyway (a expression more formal?) Could you help me in the revision of this text? Thanks. "Ciao Gianfranco, this Friday the landlord (LL) will deliver us the letter assigned. Anyway (a expression more formal?), on 13th of January, i sent an email to LL with the document. It’s ok from your side if we deliver to Michela the document at the end of this week or at least on Monday of next week? Thank you, Giovanni"

Just adding a few thoughts... It's understandable, but of course could be written better. If it's a formal (or even semi-formal) letter, I don't understand: - why you use "ciao" as a greeting. - why you want to abbreviate landlord to "LL" (we don't do this in English). - why you want to use "anyway" at all. What is the purpose of the second paragraph? - why capital letters are ignored. There are also some errors with word-order, and perhaps you will see them if you revise your letter again. I realise you've also posted this in Notebook, but I'm sure you can solve a few of the problems mentioned, without help.
