help ,I dont understand -morning after Brixton- -you're okay. I thought... -My head feels like the morning after Brixton. -Surely not that bad. is it meaning hangover?

Apparently it's a reference to the Brixton Splash of 2015 where celebrants left behind large quantities of foul-smelling garbage. Here's a link.
