Yes. As in English, past participles of French verbs can be used as adjectives. With a few specific exceptions, French adjectives generally go after the noun.
And don't forget that they have to agree in gender and in number - this usually means adding an 'e' to adjectives that modify feminine nouns and 's' or 'es' to adjectives modifying plural nouns.
