Hello Oscar,
"My name is Oscar" is the best way to introduce yourself, but you can also say "I'm Oscar"
ps. My name is Helen!

You may hear "Hello, this is John", or "Hello, this is John speaking" on a phone call. However, you won't hear this in person.
Any combination of "Hi" or "Hello", and "I'm <name>" or "I am <name>" or "My name is <name>" all work.

No universal standard to be applied to your introduction so far as I know but you may show your features in the introduction to consolidate the memory of the audience (or the interviewers) about you and you can try to talk some fascinating stories you have done to impress them.
