Is my reply correct in Korean? I got a message in Korean from the exam center. This is my answer, but apart from the grammatic mistakes, I think I've been unpolite. Is my answer unrespectful? I started learning Korean a week ago, so dont expect too much. Thanks a lot!

I don't think there is anything impolite in your answer - it sounds very polite to me. There is a typo in 안녕하셰요 (-> 안녕하세요). It can also be simplified a little, as shown below. But your sentence is fine too except for the typo.
