En el español de España, no de Latinoamérica, diríamos "Me ha gustado hablar contigo" o "Ha sido un placer hablar contigo"

Fue agradable platicar contigo.
Both give the same idea of what you are trying to say.

There are plenty of ways for saying that:
"Fue/Ha sido un gusto hablar contigo/con usted"
"Fue/Ha sido agradable hablar contigo/con usted", among others
If you want to say "It has been" strictly, then it would be "Ha sido". Fue is past perfect
