Hello Sunny,
This question is difficult to answer for anyone else than yourself. It depends on your natural ability to learn languages, your time resources and of course, the methodology you want to apply to learning the new language.
If I were you and would need to learn a second foreign language simultaneously, I would try not to practice them at the same time of the day or even in a combined lesson. As far as I know teenagers here in Germany usually have to learn two foreign languages at most categories of schools. So it seems scientifically proven, that one can do it effectively and efficiently. However, there are certain circumstances (school environment, hundreds of lessons, special materials, support by other teenagers in class,…) that may be different from your current ones. As for me, I don’t think that age matters too much but maybe its influence cannot totally be neglected. Why don’t you give it a try for some months and tell us about your experience? I am sure there are quite a lot of us who would appreciate learning from your experience very much.
Good luck!
Paul
