does it sound natural or what?
hi homies.
if I said this, would I be understood?
I've mastered the skill of mustering all my daring to ask chicks out.

It depends
"homies" is an odd word used by a limited part of the US and frankly I'm not really sure what it means, so, I suspect you have a high chance of failing and receiving a blank stare.
"chicks" is a pretty old fashioned word (early 60s?) and is normally seen as derogatory towards women. If you use it towards any women I know you are likely to be ignored or hurt.
"hi" sounds good
"I've mastered the skill of mustering all my daring" while this is clear to understand it misses a few points, it is not a "skill" but more a "state of mind". Still it made me smile.
