I can't decide if I will join you till I know when they will leave. or I can't decide if I join you till I know when they will leave.

1. Better would be "I don't know if they are hiring new people" or "I don't know if they will be hiring new people." then "If they ARE, I will LET YOU KNOW." 2." I can't decide If I WILL join you UNTIL (not till) I know when they will leave."
