"I barely know you, but still I made this for you."
(Substitute the person's first name for X below, as there's no convenient pronoun like "you" for adults in Korean)
1. 이제 겨우 아는 사이지만 X 씨를 위해 만들었어요. (I barely know you but I made this for you)
- 이제(now) 겨우(barely) 아는(knowing) 사이지만(we are on such terms / relationship, but ...)
- X 씨를(you) 위해(for) 만들었어요(I made (this))
2. X 씨를 아직 잘 모르지만 (X 씨에게) 드리려고 만든 거예요. (I don't know you well yet but I made this for you)
- X 씨를(you) 아직(yet) 잘(well) 모르지만(don't know)
- X 씨에게(to you) 드리려고(to give) 만든(that I made) 거(thing)예요(it is).
