How do I say "To visit" and "to invite" in Japanese?
What are the most common ways to express these two?

"to visit" means "訪れる(おとずれる)" or "訪問(ほうもん)する"
e.g. 多くの外国人旅行客は、日本に来た時に京都を訪れる。
"to invite" means "招(まね)く" or "招待(しょうたい)する"
e.g. 安倍首相は、来月トランプ大統領が日本を訪問する時、パーティーに招く。
