Here are the general meanings: 1. to be in birthday suit = to not be wearing clothes 2. closest to legit = the most legitimate 3. I suggest you make an effort to try = you should try to try (it's a little sarcastic, because trying to try is redundant) 4. you can take it up with him = go discuss the topic with him 5. what I'm getting at is…. = what I am trying to say is... 5. sucks to be you= i wouldn't want to be you 6. as long as it takes him to get down there = as long as it takes him to travel to that place 7. well I respectively(respectfully?) decline = i am politely saying no, thank you 8. what's his 20? = ? (not sure about this one without context) 9.
