Tak, zmienia. Jeśli komuś zadajesz pytanie: Czemu (Dlaczego) to robisz? To jest to pytanie neutralne. Po prostu pytasz o powód. Z kolei pytanie: Niby dlaczego to robisz? jest zabarwione emocjonalnie. Może wyrażać niedowierzanie, wątpliwość, niechęć.
