Is this sentence correct? If not, how to correct it ? Thanks!
The war will cause these people exist in one country.
(How to use cause here? Cause these people to exist or cause these people exist ?)

Grammatically, adding the word "to" before "exist" would make the sentence correct. But the sentence has no obvious meaning. I could guess a few possibilities but I recommend that you rewrite it in different words. How would you say it in speech?

I would probably correct this from "The war will cause these people exist in one country." to "The war will cause the existence of these people in the country."
