It is grammatically incorrect to say "We having fun.". You may hear people say "We having fun." in American street English, but it is wrong. You should say "We are having fun.".

"We having fun" is impossible. Don't use it. The grammar pattern is "to be + (verb)ing" "We ARE HAVING fun."
