Which one is correct? Or maybe both are wrong?
In English: I know where the shop is.
1）我知道商店在哪儿。
2）商店在哪儿我知道。

两句全对，使用的地方不同：
问：你知道商店在哪儿吗？
答：我知道商店在哪儿。
问：商店在哪儿有人知道吗？
答：商店在哪儿我知道。
一个句子表达的是：我知道的内容是什么，另一个句子表达的是：知道这个内容的人是谁。完全不同的两句话，全部正确，也与心情无关！！！！！！！！

其实两句话都对，第一句很常用，不过第二句在某些环境下更能传递急切或其它的心情。
