Here is the sentence:
"Most of us would rather not be on the receiving end of a judgment because we don’t like the way it feels"
What does "the way it feels" mean in this sentence?

The "it" in "the way it feels" is referring to judgement. So we don't like how judgement feels similar to what Ana said.

Hi, I'd say it means "it doesn't make us feel comfortable at all" (basically: nobody likes being judged")
