We would understand what you meant if you said this, but it is not normal English. No native speaker would say this, and if you wrote this in an essay you might even lose marks for using inauthentic language. As the two US members above have told you, the correct wording is 'The book is WORTH READING'. By the way, it's not a good idea to click 'Best Answer' and close your page when you have only received one answer, especially if that answer is from another learner whose English may be no better than yours. If you want a reliable answer, you should at least wait for a native speaker to respond.
