Hi, Andy! This is almost correct. "Call me" is the correct expression, but we need to separate these into two sentences; otherwise, what we have is a run-on sentence (运行句). Thus, what you're trying to say should read:
"My name is Zhang Ande (张安德, right?). You can call me Andy."
If you want to express this in one sentence, you'll need a conjunction (连词) after the comma:
"My name is Zhang Ande, but you can call me Andy."
